Recovery day 2.
Woke this morning tired. Went to GP's for blood pressure test 122/68 still fit second test 2 minutes later 121/65. The journey to the GP's was short but sweet. Its very cold outside today. I think the expression is "Brass monkeys!" but I am glad to be home now with the heating on.

Jen is cooking tonight and I can't wait. Steak!!!!

Local news(to this country anyway!) report about Vitamin B12 injections that got her back on her feet. Click here for info.

Anyway....Stay warm!

Hope your all well

Can you help develop a quesionaire to measure the impact of MS on your quality of life?
Over the past year Galen Research a Manchester-based research group, interviewed people to find out how MS affects their daily lives. The interviews were used to develop a new questionaire to measure the impact from the point of view of people who live with MS.
We now need to test the questionaire to make sure it's accurate. Can you help by completing the questionaire on two occassions, two weeks apart? Questionaires will be sent by post along with a reply-paid envelope. Interested?
